It is a UG-103. I believe the cable-end male connector is a UG-104 or UG-106
or something like that. They haven't been made in decades.
I have tons of the panel-mount remale connectors.
I have a number of the cable-end males, but they are rare enough that I have
to charge serious $$$ for them. If you can possibly find your own, you will
be better off.
Normally, I just replace the panel-mount connector with an SO-239 female.
Easier all around.

What is the designation of the twin ax connector for the antenna? I have
some around somewhere but can't find them and will probably buy another one.
Anyone have a spare they'd like to sell, or know a source for them?
