[Hammarlund] RE: Early Super Pros

Several years ago I restored a  BC794-B. This is the SP200 series that mostly 
skips the BC band and tunes up to  40MC. I went to a lot of work on this 
radio, removed the RF deck, complete  recap, replaced all carbon resistors, 
complete realignment. This is currently my  favorite band cruiser and a permanent 
member of my collection.

Here comes  my yearly request. The plastic disk for the bandspread dial has a 
big chunk  broken out of the edge right at the 60. This means I can only use 
part of the  bandspread. Anyone have one they would part with?

I have never had an  SP600, but I am considering adding one to my shack. 
Performancewise, how does  the SP600 compare to the SP200 as a bandcruising type 
receiver?
