[Hammarlund] HQ-145 Dial Linkage

I've been working on an HQ-145 and I have the IF looking very nice. Right
down the center of the 455 kc passband. I am looking at the local oscillator
and how it tracks the dial but it has become appearent that someone has
"adjusted" the dial coupling to the main tuning capacitor. The full range of
the dial is shifted so that it won't travel all the way to the low frequency
end of the dial before the cap hits the end of its travel. As a starting
point I figure I better set the mechanical link correctly.

So, Can anyone tell me exactly what the dial should read with the caps fully
closed ( or open )? This is just the mechanical linkage!
