I don't have any tuning knobs for the SP-600 that I can spare. They are 
scarce as hen's teeth.
I get my spares from Leeds Electronics. They aren't the same, but the look 
quite good.

Under "knobs", look for the General Radio KNS-12
You also have to get a sleeve to adapt it to a 1/4" shaft (it is for 3/8").
