[Hammarlund] Tunable hum!

[Tom NØJMY - AAR7FV]

If I can remember correctly, I was thinking that tunable hum was caused 
by RF getting into the power supply.  Is that possibly correct?  Does 
the 129X employ RF bypass caps at the rectifier that might have opened?
