[Hammarlund] figured out why dial was off in the SP-600

I had left the Pomona TVS-7 with tube and .01 uf cap soldiered to it in the 
socket, when I took it out and put the tube and tube shield back in place 
the dial went back to the correct calibration, took me a while to figure 
that one out. I'll fool around with it tonight and probably have 5 more 
questions tomorrow, beware!
