[Hammarlund] WTB Navy Tag or Repro for SP600 Northern Radio Variant

Hello to all on the reflector:

I am looking for the Navy tag from a R-450/FRR28  SP-600 Northern Radio
variant.

This is the tag located on the upper left corner above the S-meter shown by
the red arrow in the photo at this URL:
