[Hammarlund] drift of receiver HF oscilator

Hi John,

The SP-600 to my knowledge is a Superheterodyne. They have a fixed
frequency local front end oscillator to mix with the various incoming
signals
to give the desired Intermediate Freqency.

You will need a crystal for each band. The local front end oscillator is not
variable but must be a different fixed frequency for each band. You will
need a crystal for each band.

Good luck on a project to include crystal control.
