[Hammarlund] phasing control for SP-400's and 200's

It's a fiber shaft and breaks off easily with a moderate amount of
lateral force. Of the 6-10 SP-200s I've had over the years, half
suffered the same fate. Should be easy enough to find or fabricate the
shaft. Locating the correct matching knob would likely be more
difficult. Hopefully it will be stashed inside.
