[Hammarlund] Tube Brands & replacement

All,

   I am just about to place my tube order for the HQ-180
and I have another question.  Is there a preferred tube
BRAND ? I have always favored RCA and Sylvania tubes.  Are
there any in particular (besides some of the unknown
brands) to avoid?    Any value in getting the ex-military
JAN tubes ? 

   Also, are there any tubes in the HQ-180A that it is best
to replace at the same time to maintain Rx balance?  I am
referring to things like all of the IF tubes
simultaneously, or the RF tube along with the L.O. tube ?
