Ola Buck,
The speaker should be a 6 ohm, drive to it is 3 watts,
 and might be hard to find.

Also make sure no one swapped the headphone jack and
put the wrong type in. Also check C60 at the jack to see if
it is shorted or non functional, it a .05 MFD.

Antenna input is around 75 - 150 ohms and an outside antenna
helps! :-) What is the S-meter doing while you have low signals
did you do a recap of the unit, and does everything go where it should?
