[Hammarlund] Opinion needed Matching Transmitter for HQ-180

All,

   I would like to find a matching transmitter for my
HQ-180.  I believe that the unit I would like is the HX-50A
vs. the HX-50 or the HX-500.  As I understand it, the
HX-50A was the last of the transmitters by Hammarlund. 

   Is there a mod history with the 50A ?  In other words,
were there mods made through the production history ?
  Also, I thought that I read somewhere that 160m was an
option.  Were there a lot of 50A's made with 160 or are
those units "rare" ? 

   Finally, does anyone out there have a nice HX-50A with
160 that they would lile to sell ?
