[Hammarlund] Need PEC for a HQ145

Hello to the Hammarlund team;

I just recently picked up a nice HQ 145X. The AVC circuit is not working and 
I've narrowed it down to the PEC component. This PEC is made up of 4 or 5 
resisitors and 3 caps...Can't recall specifically...The good news is that 
the schematic provides the actual component values. Before I built one, I 
thought I'd see if anyone had one from a "parts" rig.
