[Hammarlund] Yellow meters?

A lot of the military gear had yellow or tan meters to begin with. The
Collins 51S-1 is an example. I've always thought this was done to relieve
eye fatigue at night. I think the HQ-150s were a yellowish orange not white
when new. The later 170s and 180s were white.
