    I don't know who you are addressing this to, but I do re-stuff's for
SP-600's & R-388's, should be no problem to do your HQ-145.  I'll need to
know its diameter and length, and what the values are of the 3 sections.
(I can get the values from my files)  Then I can give you a price.  The
2-section R-388 cap is $20 plus postage, your 3-section should be about
$23-25 +-, I'll give you a firm price when I know the info.
