[Hammarlund] HQ-145A Alignment

I'd just buy a kit of tools as sold by several stores (maybe antique
electronics supply) for maybe $5 or so. I don't remember the HQ-145
needing anything out of the ordinary.
Be really careful with the old brittle slugs. The IF cans are
"unobtainium".
FYI, my HQ-145 is one of my favorites for listening to AM, both
commercial and ham. Not too narrow for good fidelity.
