Maybe it has something to do with the fact that your ISP is doing some kind 
of junk mail filtering.  According to your ISP, my personal email to you is 
being held until I confirm I'm not a spammer.  I won't bother doing that.

I think eBay will bounce some reports if they get a large number of them 
with the same "subject line".  I've had that happen, but not often.
