Ah! That just about clinches it: I'll bet your HFO is not working on that 
band.

Let's see what cleaning the bandswitch does. If that doesn't fix it, I 
would start my trouble-shooting by hooking a scope to the HFO output 
to see what I got. If I had signal there, I would then try to determine its 
frequency.
