I have a copy of this manual that has been cleaned up and has had the 
contrast increased.  It can be downloaded from BAMA at 
ftp://bama.sbc.edu/downloads/miltest/st32152/ .  It should be available 
on the BAMA mirror site at http://bama.edebris.com in a couple of days. 

This has been a very useful thread and should serve as a model for what 
the reflectors can do, given the proper input!  Thanks to all of you who 
have contributed.  It has been both enlightening and enjoyable reading 
along with you.
