My brother and I have purchased plastic clock covers from Bill Turner at
http://www.dialcover.com/dialcovers.html

You have to send him the measurements and he'll custom-make one for you.

Here's a Hammarlund clock solution:

Posted on my website is a 24 hour Hammarlund clockface I scanned at
actual size. Actually, there are two versions: "new" and "aged".
They're at www.aerialacts.com/Hammarlund_art/clockface_new.jpg and
www.aerialacts.com/Hammarlund_art/clockface_old.jpg . These can be
printed on heavy duty photo paper, glued onto a piece of stiff card,
thin metal, plastic or whatever and used with a 24 quartz clock movement
and hands from Klockit (www.klockit.com). If you have an existing
plastic bezel/cover from your radio, you're all set. If not, you can
have fun and make your own (acquiring a new skill along the way). To
learn how, go to: http://members.aol.com/EB062559/DIALCOVERS.html .
It's also possible someone on the list has a spare dial cover from a
junker radio available.

A couple of fellows were making custom dial covers, but one's out of
business, I believe, and the other's out of action due to a health
concern. A thorough "Googling" might turn up someone else, however.

Good luck and 73,

Craig
