[Hammarlund] How to hook up power supply for SP-400-SX

I just picked one up and don't have a manual for it yet, I have two 
questions,

1. How to hook up the power supply, there are ten screws on the back and 
nine terminals from the power supply, I'm not sure which 9 to go to and not 
sure which side to come from. I can pull it apart and figure it out but I 
don't have any time in the next few days and would like to try it out.

2. I don't have the 500 ohm speaker for it, can I run it with some military 
headphones that measure about 80 ohms (I think) without hooking up a 
speaker? Also Can I get a 600 ohm transformer that goes to 8 ohms and use it 
with a speaker until I get the correct speaker? Thanks,
