[Hammarlund] Who owns the "Hammarlund" name?

Me again Gang!!

         Quick check of Cardwell Condenser Corp. at 
http://www.cardwellcondenser.com/Default.htm
show that they are currently marketing capacitors under the Hammarlund 
Name.  I would guess that since
their history on their website shows that they bought the company in 1971, 
that they own the name and the
rights to it.
