Replace them. They will eventually cause you problems, even if things seem
to be working ok for now.
All you need for alignment is a VTVM (or other HI-Z analog meter) and a
signal generator. If you don't have an analog meter, a scope will work.
(Digital voltmeters are mostly useless for alignment purposes). A frequency
counter is good to set the generator frequency if it is an analog type, but
frankly, the SP-600 is not exactly a "frequency meter", so even that is
really not necessary if you have a high quality generator known to be in
reasonably good calibration.
