[Hammarlund] HQ-180 fixes

  Hello all,
I have a really nice 180 that needs some work. It has never been worked on, 
it has all the original components. Are there any caps in particular that 
should be changed out? I have also heard of replacing the rectifier tube 
with diodes and a series resistor. Also, what kind of tuner cleaner would 
you use on noisy pots.
