[Hammarlund] NEED SLIDE SWITCH

I need a slide switch, believe it to be 2P4T? 

The contacts look like this:

o o o o

The switch body itself measures approx. 1.25" x 3/8", and was originally in
a Knight Kit R/C Substitution Box.

Anyone have such a beast?
