Good thought, but there is no way to contact all the blind Hams. No way to
identify them.

Well, maybe get enough blind/vision impaired hams together and it might become
financial feasible for AADE to develop a voice version? who knows!
I bet AADE could tell you how many they would need to sell to break even. Get
that many together and...
