Hi group... I have the HQ-110-C (Yes the original Telechron still works).
Covers the amatuer bands and is a very hot receiver except on six meters. It
can be on six meters but alignment is a pain. I'll get to that one of these
days. The crystal calibrator is factory. Anyway, I thought that the HQ-100
was the general coverage version but didn't know that it had no calibrator.
I'd like to get a 100 in the near future , but don't want one without a
crystal calibrator. Did all of the 100's ship without a calibrator or did
Hammarlund add it after a certain production run? Thanks for any info. 73's,
