[Hammarlund] Fitting Clock to an HQ-170A

Hi,

I've bought one of the "Klockit" kits for installing a clock on my HQ-170A. 
Unfortunately, I've lost the relevant info on fitting it! Does anyone have 
the stuff on file or can point me to the approx date it was last on the 
list?
