[Hammarlund] SP-600 product detector

Well, my SP-600 arrived today and it sounds great through a Hammond 600:4
ohm audio transformer and my HQ-170's S-200 speaker.

Now I need to get a cabinet. I'm thinking of a tall one (also from Hammond)
so I can mount an 8 or 10-inch speaker on a rack panel above. I'd also like
to build a product detector for the radio to facilitate better SSB
reception. Has anyone on the list done this?  What circuit did you use? I
forsee little luck in trying to track down an SPC-10 SSB converter.

Oh -- how about antennas?  Any favorites for this radio?
