Because of an address change, I thought some of you might be wondering why you
were not receiving your QSL cards if you live in the 8Th district. If you need
the address for the QSL Bureau, here it is:

P.S. If you do not know, they normally request that you send them two envelopes
large enough to hold QSL cards, with postage for two ounces on each envelope and
already addressed to you. Include a cover letter instructing them to mail the
cards they have and retain the second envelope until enough arrive to fill it
up. The typical time from receipt of your envelopes until you should get the
first envelope with cards back, presuming there are cards there to mail you, is
ninety days.
