You want to contact another Ron -  Ron Hankins, KK4PK. He sells the 
panels for $50, a bargain IMHO. Painted, screened, ready to populate and 
mount. He offers them on epay with a 'Buy It Now' price the same as 
buying directly. Check QRZ.com for his info, he's in Florida if memory 
serves me. Bought one of these panels two years ago and *still* haven't 
found time to install it. But it looks NICE. You'll be pleased, he did 
an excellent job with them.
