[Hammarlund] Sp-600 Clean up

Hello list.  I've got a sp-600-JX17 i think it will clean up nice but, I wanted to get some thoughts before I start.  I typically just take a dilute solution of Mr. Clean, a paint brush, and a water hose.  Are there any coils that can be damaged by the water/soap??  To dry the unit I just put it in a garbage bag and feed the the bag with the heat from an hose of an old cap type hair dryer.  I throw a few old blankets over the bag and it will cook for 24 hr.s at probably between 100 and 175 degrees.  This is what I've done to 390s in the past but this is a different animal.  Any comments
