[Hammarlund] Need a few bits for HQ140X - hints

Eugene:
I have a opened brand new meter (in the mil packaging) and found
it 'sticky'. The little spring like counterweight had fallen off of
the lower pointer extension and was residing on the magnet. A bit of
shaking retrieved the spring and some careful manuvering put it back in
place and all was well.
I suggest that you take a good look at it with a magnifier.
