Hi Randy (and all) --

My Hammarlund HQ-170A manual indicates that both the 12 and 24 hour clocks
were offered as options or add-ons.

If your clock knob is glued on, you're lucky. Apparently, a lot of them have
fallen off over the years.

By the way, I'm going to scan my 24-hour clock face this weekend and will be
glad to print out a replica face on high quality photo paper for anyone who
wants one.  It could be used to replace a damaged original or used as the
face for a readily available quartz clock movement for those who want to add
a replica clock to their receivers.
