Well, I'm going to do a little internal cosmetic work on the receiver
Thursday evening, so I'll measure the power transformer secondary output
then and let you know. And that reminds me -- there's another benefit to
restoring the rig to original specs with an OB2 regulator. The transformer
runs MUCH cooler now; barely warm to the touch.  With the OA2 in there it
ran distressingly hot. The "unmodification" may very well extend the
transformer's life significantly.
