I'll have to dig one out this weekend and see what they have for 
documentation. I don't have a flatbed scanner, but I should be able to 
find someone who can scan it in for me. Once that's done I'll email you 
a copy as well as Rodney and anyone else who wanted one. Finding the 
time will be a challenge, though! Might be better off just to mail it to 
you if you have the facilities to copy it and you can send it back 
afterwards.
