[Hammarlund] Help finding Kirby Bevans

Does anyone know how I can reach Kirby Bevans?  I bought an HQ170A from
him based on a posting he made on this reflector and he had failed to
deliver the radio and has not answered any email since the money order
was delivered to him via certified mail.

Can anyone help?
