[Hammarlund] Need help with HQ-170A

Hi to the group,
 
I have a non-working HQ-170A.  The screen voltages on the 60kc amp  tubes V6 
and V7 are about twice what they should be.  Any suggestions would  b e 
appreciated.
 
Also my receiver has a large resistor between the diodes and the filter  
capacitors.  The schematic doesn't show it.  I can't read the  value.  Does anyone 
know what that would be?
