Tubes last for decades!  I have numerous tubes from
the 1920s and 1930s that are still working fine.  If
you replace all of the tubes you may well have to do a
complete alignment (almost from "scratch").  Then, as
the tubes "age" (over several months) you may have to
align it again.

If there is a tube that is defective, then certainly
replace it.  However, if the receiver is working up to
specifications then don't replace any tubes.  It
definitely is a good idea to have spares around just
in case a tube goes bad.
