[Hammarlund] HQ-170A noise blanker problem

An HQ-170A that I purchased some years ago always sounded bad as soon as 
the noise blanker was turned on.  It turned out to be an error in the 
main schematic that shows C124 across R74 instead of to ground to bypass 
the 60 KHz if signal.  The schematic section showing the detector, BFO 
and noise limiter has it shown correctly.  The receiver was wired 
according to the main schematic.  The resulting too high audio level and 
60 KHz RF was overloading the noise blanker.  Since it came from the 
factory with the error, I expect that others may have the same problem.
