Have you tried BAMA?  Although they don't list the
H-110A they do list very high serial numbers HQ-110. 
The information that you need may be in there.

If you are using any version of Microsoft Internet
Explorer make sure that you read the instructions on
the home page.  There is a change that you have to
make in the "setup".  So far as I can tell, that
change doesn't affect any other websites.
