[Hammarlund] alignment HQ-170

My HQ-170 had a failure inside T1 as that winding has the B+ voltage on it.
The unmarked mica cap in the base of T1 shorted and melted some of the white
plastic, and burned out R9, 1K resistor. I first found the burned R9 and
replaced it and it burned out again, then found the shorted cap inside of
T1. I got a replacement transformer, and measured the cap inside of T1, but
I have not found my notes yet. I did post my results with the cap value to
the list around july 1-3 2000 if you can find an old message, or maybe
someone has the message.

There is very little voltage on the T2 transformer, but I guess it could
still fail.
