Hi Phil,
    It sounds like somebody's been in there & replaced some BBOD's.  When
the factory ussed discs, they used them everywhere.  If you've got a small
dentists' type mirror you can get a look into the RF deck &avoid the misery
of removing/replacing if you don't have to.  (watch for the hidden one in
the pod under the RF deck conx.)
