[Hammarlund] HQ-129X Volume Control

Guys, I'm red faced!  I can't find a place to buy a volume control of a 
HQ-129X basket case that I'm trying to resurrect.  I've gone through my 
junk box of potentiometers and have checked the Mouser and other on-line 
catalogs to no avail.  The exact replace is 250K Ohm, audio taper 
potentiometer with a SPST switch.  The schematic designation for this 
volume control is R-55; the Hammarlund part number is 15356-1.  Equivalents 
are: Mallory MR-44; IRC D13-130 with shaft A or Clarostat M-64-Z.  Can any 
one point me in the right direction to obtain this component?

I realize I'm being a bit picky when I could substitute a 250K linear taper 
or a higher value 500K audio taper potentiometer.  I may have to do this 
until I find the right variable resistor.  I'd rather install the right 
component the first time.
