[Hammarlund] s-200 speaker info

That data seems pretty conclusive that my s-200 is, in fact,
on par with others.  Thank you for taking these height
measurements.  It is interesting that there could be that
much variation when the receivers all measure 10.5 inches in
height.  I'm not worried about it, just wanted to make sure
of what I had.  I will make adjustments to take out the
height difference.
