[Hammarlund] Wednesday HCI Global Glow

All vintage gear is always welcome -   	
	
I will be running QRP (quite reduced power) Wednesday evening September 4th for
the HCI 20 meter Global Glow roundtable. My primary amplifier blew Taps on the
8877 just prior to the Sunday HCI Net. The good news is, it did it six days
before the warranty ran out.	

	I will be on the air at 7:00 PM EDT, (2300 UTC), for the pre-Net. The Global
Glow roundtable will commence at 8:00 PM EDT, (0000 UTC). The frequency will be
14.315 Mhz usb +/- for key clicks, mike splatter and the sound of me stimulating
the Gerbils running on the little treadmill that powers my tx by gentle jolts of
static electricity directed to their chubby rumps! Maybe I can squeeze a hundred
watts out, if they will run fast enough. Maybe I will sneak some of the soada
pop called Jolt into their food dish to elevate their metabolism and make them
extra ambitious to exercise. Probably just stimulate their kidneys and they will
run five feet and take a pea break!  	
	
I hope to hear some of you tomorrow evening, band conditions permitting.
