[Hammarlund] SP-600 Advice/Help

To All,

I would like to express my collective thanks to all those who responded to
my quest for help with the SP-600-J-3. Putting all that information together
will take some time but in the end it will be worth the effort.

I did not apply power to the radio when I first got it. This will be the
third BA that I have restored. Not one of them was turned on until after
recapping, replacing out of spec resistors and repairing all visual defects.
At the first power up the first two BAs came on without any problems. Hope
the the SP-600 does the same.

Again thanks to all. Have a very good, safe and peaceful Thanksgiving. Enjoy
your families and friends. In this day and age you people south of the
Canadian/US border are entitled to a little peace once in a while to enjoy
with family and friends.
