[Hammarlund] Cabinet

For what it is worth, they can both fit into the well-known
Premier cabinet, with the removal/addition of two metal-strips on the
floor of the cabinet for sliding the receiver in place. I have them side
by side, surrounding a 51J-4 in its own similar case, and it looks neat.
