hi duane. tried for the first time today to hear the hci net. =
(hammarlund hq-110 and hq-180...200 foot longwire...crystal calibrator =
is dead on with wwv). only heard one very faint station who mentioned =
"in the group". you mentioned the cold weather at your qth. same here in =
peoria, illinois. am i too far away to get your groundwave and to close =
to get your skywave on 20 meters? (the proverbial twilight skip zone). =
maybe i'll have better luck on 40 meters. and why mashed potatos? why =
not bon bons? you have an excuse! 73's...mike =
