Looking for non-working Hammarlund clocks/parts/pieces used in HQ series
(170,180,110,etc). I'd like to buy any whole clock assemblies or parts /
pieces like hands, face, motor, or whatever you might have after
replacing with a new clock or parting out old rx's. I have a nice 110 I'm
proud of with no clock assembly at all and would like to get at least a
face plate and motor-gear-hand-switching foundation back in there,
working or not, for aesthetics, and will try secondarily to eventually
get it functional(not as important to me short-term). I have a repro lens
already. I realize there are entire reproductions out there (now in
limited quantities), but want to try to piece together one out of
original hardware. I have in the past resurrected some (non-radio) clock
assemblies in the past including Telechrons using the grave-robbing
technique with parts from my old advertising clock bone-boxes (another
entire sickness/hobby of mine). Tell me what you have and send me a
price.
Thanks, dave austerman N5WNM, San Antonio TX
